P-Type

In 2001 B.L Camtek Technology Pty Ltd (BLC) introduced the P-Type Industrial Filter Unit. This machine has been totally designed and developed by the company. It is an industry first and is without a doubt the sole leader in its application. 

The P-Type has come a long way since its conception in 2001. There have been over 12 units built and installed ranging from 500l/s to 8000l/s. We are currently working on mobile units that will be capable of processing 10000l/s of gas, which will undoubtedly be the some of the biggest mobile units in the country.

Some of the projects that our units have been instrumental in, include the Brisbane S1 Sewer Tunnel Project and the Sydney Northside Storage Tunnel. Both of these projects had in place stringent guidelines for performance, reliability and minimal installation time, all of which BLC fulfilled with all the professionalism and precision that is expected of an engineering company.

BLC received recognition for outstanding performance from the Northside Storage Tunnel alliance which consisted of Sydney Water, Transfield, Montgomery Watson and O'Connell Wagner; we also received the best contractor on site award.

Filters on Trucks

BLC has just undertaken the construction of filter units for road tankers, which is an interesting exercise given their compact nature. The design was challenging as the units are required to remove the same amount of pollutants as a large unit, but must be one eighth the size. We have recently received orders for these filters which will be constructed and installed in the near future. Pictures for these units will be available in the near future.

Standard Units

There is still a big demand for our standard units, we are supplying our CA25 and CA75 series to the food, petrochemical, pharmaceutical and chemical industries for vapour phase applications.
